myLearning Plan
Have you developed your annual CPD plan yet?
The Pharmacy Board of Australia requires pharmacists to develop a CPD plan each year which helps them identify and undertake activities to meet their professional development needs.
To ensure all pharmacists have access to a free and simple online CPD planning tool, the Guild has developed myLEARNING Plan and it is now available FREE on the GuildEd site.
The myLEARNING Plan, together with the standard GuildEd Activities report, will provide all the evidence you need to meet the Pharmacy Board Continuing Professional Development requirements.
The tool allows you to identify the standards relevant to the role you perform and the services you provide (i.e. your scope of practice), and determine your professional development needs. The myLearning Plan will then identify suitable GuildEd courses that will address your professional development needs.
During the CPD period, you are encouraged to regularly review your myLearning Plan and amend if required. This is to ensure that your needs are being met and any additional needs which evolve are incorporated.
