The Pharmacy Guild of Australia (NSW Branch) fully supports the work and endeavours of all pharmacists and pharmacies across NSW.

It is for this reason that we would ask for your support in highlighting and acknowledging the efforts of outstanding community pharmacists.

If you know of an exceptional pharmacist in either your community or network, we would like to hear from you.

Please review the criteria and complete all mandatory fields before submitting the online form.

Once received, all nominations are reviewed, considered and recommendations made to the NSW Branch Committee to honour the nominated individuals.

Please note, there are no limits to the number of submissions that can be made nor are there deadlines.
