Changes to Pharmacy Details

The Needle and Syringe Program is an evidence-based public health program, which aims to minimise the transmission of blood borne viruses amongst people who inject drugs.  

The Pharmacy Needle and Syringe Program (PSNP) is fully funded by the NSW Ministry of Health and is administered by The Pharmacy Guild of Australia (NSW Branch).

How to update your details

To update your pharmacy details as an existing Pharmacy Needle and Syringe Program participant, please follow the following steps.

1. Complete the online request form to initiate the ‘Update to Details’ process;
2. Review and complete the ‘NSP Pharmacy Needle and Syringe Program – Pharmacy Details Form’.
   Please note that this form will be sent to the nominated email address as per the online request.
3. Send completed form to The Pharmacy Guild of Australia (NSW Branch) via one of the following methods:
