Associate Membership Fees

Becoming an Associate Member

There are three easy steps to becoming an Associate Member of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Queensland Branch.

Step One
To become a Guild Associate download and complete the Associate Membership form by clicking here.

Step Two
Return from by email to membership@qldguild.org.au

Step Three
Upon receipt of your application, the Queensland Branch will issue you with an invoice and Guild Membership number / Guild ID. Your membership will also be ratified at the next meeting of the Queensland Branch Committee.
