Terms and Conditions

Confirmation

A confirmation of registration and tax invoice will be issued within five working days of registering. Please contact The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Queensland Branch on 07 3831 3788 or email cpd.training@qldguild.org.au if you have not received a confirmation within this timeframe.

Your access is valid for 12 month from registration date.

Payment Terms

Full payment of course fees must be received when registering online. Access to online module will not be provided without full payment.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Queensland Branch reserves the right to postpone or cancel an advertised course.

Cancellation of online learning courses may be requested if a participant has not accessed the course. Those participants who have accessed the course and subsequently request a refund will not be eligible. Notice of cancellation must be provided within 14 days of registration and must be emailed to cpd.training@qldguild.org.au

The Guild reserves the right to decline enrolments for any reason.

Privacy Policy

The Pharmacy Guild of Australia is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. The information you provide will be used to create a profile and provide access to the Medicinal Cannabis Readiness – Online Education Course. The Pharmacy Guild of Australia may use your details to promote products and services in the form of email communication or other types of communication.
