There is an ongoing dispute surrounding Award coverage for Pharmacy Assistants in the State System. The Guilds Legal advice states that there is no award for Pharmacy Assistants, whilst the SDA Union states the Shop and Warehouse Award applies.  A determination regarding award coverage is currently underway in the WAIRCC
