The Australian Patients Association is wanting to hear from you about your healthcare experiences to create an ‘Australian Healthcare Index.’
It’s asking any Australian patient to take part in a short survey which is also offering participants the chance to win one of two $500 gift cards from JB Hi-Fi.
The survey is being conducted by Healthengine Limited along with the Australian Patients Association.
The survey takes between eight to ten minutes to complete and your responses will remain anonymous and strictly confidential.
The collective results will form the Australian Healthcare Index Report.
Entry into the competition for the prize is voluntary.
