The Pharmacy Guild would like to remind pharmacy owners, pharmacists and their staff that the current Workforce Survey will be closing at the end of this month.
The response from participants gives the Guild a greater insight into workforce issues such as workforce capability, employability, hours worked, types of positions and length of employment or tenure.
The Workforce Survey is part of our overarching Workforce Capability Project, a multiphase research project aimed at understanding the current and future pharmacy workforce and defining advocacy priorities for the workforce.
The project will pull together the insights gained from the research and consultation with member and non-member pharmacy owners, government and industry.
The findings will also form part of presentations at future conferences and workshops.
Participation in the Workforce Survey is important and highly valued and responses are anonymous.
