Nominations are now open for the 2024 Pharmacy Assistant of the Year (PATY), the premier award for Australian Pharmacy Assistants.
The award, now in its 18th year recognises pharmacy assistants by awarding them for their skills, knowledge, leadership and customer service over a 12-month period.
Pharmacy assistants can either nominate themselves or be nominated by a third party which includes an employer, a colleague, customer, or an industry representative.
Nominations by a third party close on May 10 with self-nominations closing a week later on the 17th.
The National winner will be announced at Pharmacy Connect in Sydney on the 6th September.
The winner will receive $5,000 in cash as well as a custom glass trophy.
