The Guild is calling for Australian community pharmacists to participate in an industry-wide remuneration survey. It will inform an industry-wide snapshot of remuneration paid within the community pharmacy sector in the financial year 2024-2025.
Last year, Australian pharmacies were surveyed for the 2023-24 financial year, results of which were published for Guild members in the Community Pharmacy Remuneration Report.
The Guild publishes a report each financial year, as part of the overarching Workforce Capability Project. The project forms the basis for advocacy and seeks to drive change and improvement to ensure pharmacy can attract and maintain the right people with the right skills.
To participate, express your interest via the Guild website. All Australian pharmacists are welcome to participate, but must be able to access and provide actual payroll data for your pharmacy's workforce.
Expressions of interest will close on 31 May 2024.
